HOW DO I ORDER A NAIL SET?

I only take orders 2-3 times a month. The drop date is always in my IG bio

There are 3 ways to order a nail set.

1. Ready to order- Pre-made sets that are ready to order In same size & design listed . No customization

2. Made to Order- Designs to choose from (can customize length and shape only)

3. Custom- Designs, Length & Shape of your choice, through Email, or DM

HOW DO I FIND MY PRESS-ON SIZE?

Purchase a sizing kit for accurate measurements. Choose your shape/length & once you receive it, try on the nails to find the best fit for all.

There are 'standard sizes' , if you don't fit any of the sizes, you are a custom size.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

USA ONLY 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

Once handed over to the carrier, Nailsbynat has no control over the packages. If address provided was correct, contact the local post company responsible for delivering the package.

 

WHAT IF THE NAILS I PURCHASE DON'T FIT?

Unfortunately due to the nail sets being handmade & for sanitation purposes, there are no refunds. To assure correct measuring, please make sure to order a sizing kit in the shape/length of your choice.

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TIME?

Process time varies on design

Please understand I only have one set of hands to paint, process, & ship the nails.

Read to wear sets are ready to ship , shipping is typically 3-5 business days

Made to order processing 3-5 business days 

Customs processing  4-6 business days 

 

WHAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?

Every press-on nail order comes with an application kit (mini nail file, mini cuticle pusher, buffer, nail glue, alcohol wipe, cuticle oil), & instructions.

 

HOW DO I TAKE OFF THE NAIL TO RE-USE?

Add cuticle oil around the cuticle and under the nail, soak in warm water fr 10-15 minutes. The nails should be able to then peel off, if not repeat the process.

HOW LONG DO THE NAILS LAST?

The nails can last you anywhere from 2-4 weeks with proper application & depending on your day to day hand use

 

CAN I REPLACE A NAIL IF I LOSE ONE? 

Yes, option to purchase "nail replacement' on the website

Also, if there are only 1-2 nails that don't fit, you can always purchase a replacement nail along with info on which nail you're replacing/design etc.

10 nails come in each set
